Reporting Connection Issues

If you are experiencing issues with your connection to your students within GoGuardian for Teachers we have a new tool to help you report the issue to us. If you can't view your students' timeline activity, can't see their screens, or cannot send commands to your students this tool will ensure we are able to get the most specific data about your individual case in order for us to understand what is causing them. 

Upon experiencing an issue with your connection:

  1. Click on the connection issues link
  2. Select the students you are having the issues with and click next
  3. Select what issues you are having with the selected students
  4. Leave a comment (optional)
  5. Click Send Report
